BRAVO! GETS "WEAK IN THE KNEES" FOR SERENA RYDER

Serena Ryder, graces the stage in Bravo!’s Gemini award-winning concert series, Live at the Rehearsal Hall on Saturday, July 7 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. The Millbrook, Ontario native chats with host Lance Chilton and performs songs from her major-label debut, If Your Memory Serves You Well, a compilation of vintage Canadian covers and original material.
Opening with a sultry a cappella number, "Melancholy Blue," Ryder mesmerizes the Rehearsal Hall audience with her passionate performance and stunning vocals. After revisiting Leonard Cohen’s "Sisters of Mercy" and Galt MacDermott’s "Good Morning Starshine" from the 1967 hippie musical Hair, the playful chanteuse discusses her musical influences. The Bravo! audience is treated to the premiere of a new song, "Blown Like the Wind at Night," and Ryder’s current goose-bump inducing single, "Weak in the Knees."
Serena was just a part of the special Sirius Canada Day Celebration in NYC and is very busy touring in the US right now. She is thrilled however to be at least briefly back on Canadian soil for parts of July to do the following shows:
